Forefront Emerging Compounders applies the same discipline as Compounders, but only to mid and small companies. Typically 10 to 20 holdings.
These businesses have more room to grow and attract less attention, so the swings along the way are wider, and there is no large-cap ballast to soften them. The quality standard does not change. The work to verify it gets harder.
How it is built.
10 to 20 businesses, fully invested, all from the mid and small cap universe.
Position limits are tighter than in the all-cap offering, and every holding must be exitable in an orderly way. Liquidity is a hard rule, not a preference.
We treat reported numbers in this universe as claims to verify. If we cannot corroborate them, we do not buy, whatever the promise.

Growth to aggressive investors with a genuinely long horizon and the temperament to hold through meaningful volatility.
A note on risk. Mid and small companies can fall further and recover more slowly than large ones, and this offering holds no large-cap ballast to soften that. Drawdowns can be deep and long. It suits only investors who can accept that in full.
